Residential Interiors

For residential interior design projects, we will schedule an initial meeting to sit down with the client and get to know them.

• We discuss their needs, style likes and dislikes, lifestyle, and get an understanding about their own ideas for the space.
• We review the existing space to determine what furniture, artwork, etc. will remain.
• Then, it’s off to the drawing board to develop floor plans, furniture/fabric selections, paint color selections, accessory choices.

Eden will then present the selections and concepts to the client. At this presentation meeting, conceptual designs will be discussed; floor plans, paint samples, furniture and fabrics will be presented and reviewed.

During the design management phase all selected pieces are ordered and the status is carefully monitored by the designer to insure a smooth installation. We will regularly visit the design site, if necessary, to ensure the project is progressing as planned. Lastly, we meet again with the client to discuss the effectiveness of the design decisions made.
