In addition to traditional interior design services, Eden Interiors also specializes in assisting home buyers make the transition into their new home with ease. Our moving consultation includes a visit to your present home as well as the new home. Our client list is extensive, and we would be happy to provide additional references upon request. Before we immerse ourselves into a project we meet with all involved parties to discuss our client’s wants and needs. The next steps include:

• Any furnishings that will be taken to the new home will be measured for placement. Measurements at the new home will also be taken.
• If renovations are planned or have already begun, we review any and all selections made to date, and then assist in researching the sources needed to locate the specific furnishings, fabrics, finishes and fixtures that will fit into the vision of your new home.
• In this phase we will start drawings for general space planning and design, specific floor plans, and window treatment designs. These floor plans will assist in the selection and placement of new and existing furniture, as they will establish dimensions for particular pieces and their proper placement.

During this phase the following items will be selected:

• Furniture styles and pieces
• Wall coverings
• Upholstery fabrics
• Window designs and fabrics
• Area rugs

At the conclusion of this phase, a presentation is made to the client(s) that incorporates the initial selections made for the project. After this presentation, any revisions will be made and project details will be finalized. Orders for furniture, accessories, wall coverings, fabrics, etc. will be placed and coordinated with projected time-frame for delivery.

Eden Interiors will coordinate all deliveries and installations for items and services provided through our company.

• If there are any construction projects, communication with architects, contractors and other partners, will be constant throughout the project.
• Eden will be on site for any necessary meetings regarding coordination between the various other firms involved. As the project nears completion, Eden assists in arranging and all final touches.

We also offer a staging service for clients selling their homes. Staging is a quick, easy and affordable investment that will help sell the home quicker and at a high asking price.

• Bringing in one of our experienced designers to set the stage for home selling is smart.
• We will work with both real estate agent and home-owner to facilitate the staging process.
• The best features of your home will be showcased by re-arranging furniture, de-cluttering, re-selecting paint colors, adjusting lighting and accessorizing.
