Commercial Interiors

We’ll meet to gather an understanding of space needs, functions, etc. With the architect or contractor, the designer will review safety codes, and will begin collaborating with other specialists, if necessary.

Conceptual ideas will be presented to make sure we’re on the same page. We’ll then begin developing the design, creating floor plans, elevations, drawings, etc. All furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) are created and documented in a specification book.

The designer will regularly visit the site to monitor project and ensure that FF&E specifications are installed according to plan. A post occupancy evaluation will take place in order to ensure client satisfaction.
