New Builds / Renovations
We have become experts in the process of assisting our clients as they take on the often stressful building/renovation process. We have supervised construction and furnished the interiors of single rooms as well as homes and business projects ranging from 2500 square feet to 12000 square feet. For older/historic home projects we are very conscious of preserving the integrity of the original design of the building.
In addition to our traditional design services, we offer the following services for our new build/large scale renovation clients:
- Collaboration with client, development team, architect, prior to breaking ground.
- Review architectural plans and make recommendations regarding interior and exterior architectural design, space planning and livability.
- Coordinate and verify design elements on site with the builder or client as required.
- Upgraded storage and delivery service for projects that will require a year long or more wait for occupancy.
We are happy to provide references from clients as well as builders and contractors with whom we have collaborated.
